I’ve been practicing good hygenics for years & never get a flu shot. Over the years, maybe 1 or 2 medium to bad colds and only when I was working with adolescents. I am talking 30-40 years here. Get better BG!
Thanks for the kind words, guys. I think I’m starting to feel better. It was probably just a cold, not flu, although I did have some symptoms – like achy joints, etc. I actually hadn’t had a flu shot for years and seldom get colds (like you, M) but for some reason I decided to get a shot this year. Found out later that it’s statistically the least effective one in years – figures.

…or it worked reasonably well, otherwise you might be out of commission for a month or so.
