I could hardly believe my eyes when I read that a new movie starring Hugh Jackman and Jennifer Garner is titled Butter, and its plot revolves around people in the field of competitive butter-carving. I was immediately reminded that about two years ago the GMC featured a piece we called Everything’s Better With Butter, complete with a slideshow of butter sculptures.
But I wouldn’t dream of posting another butter slideshow and we’ve already covered cheese too, so let’s move along to — lard. That’s right, there are actually people making lard sculptures and entering them into special contests.
